Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma led the BJP's attack on Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi after sharing a video showing him pulling Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar by the collar during the Congress's anti-CEC and anti-SIR march.
